Senior Associate Kristin Hoo advises debt funds, banks, financial institutions, private equity houses and corporates, on complex multi-jurisdictional lending solutions. 

Kristin has a broad range of banking and finance experience, including leveraged and acquisition finance, investment grade and sub-investment grade bilateral and syndicated loans, fund finance, direct lending and other private credit transactions, venture debt and special situations.

• Advised a global alternative investment firm as financial creditor of a diversified mining company in relation to its new money financing for recapitalisation and liquidity management purposes.*
• Advised a resin-based consumer goods producer on its financial restructuring and its ongoing financing matters.*

• Advised a global private equity fund in connection with a Holdco’s notes offering to finance the acquisition of a majority interest in Italy’s leading non-food discount retailer.*
