Joshua Haig is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of the London office. 

Joshua acts for clients in a range of commercial disputes and investigations, including those involving complex fraud, bribery and the financial services sector. 

During his training contract, Joshua spent six months on secondment at a leading FTSE 100 company.  He joined Mayer Brown in 2020 as a trainee.


  • Acting for the Joint Liquidators of a substantial international engineering and construction company, which went into insolvent liquidation with debts totalling over US$2 billion, in relation to litigation against former directors, officers, and shareholders, and asset recovery strategy in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Acted for Entertainment One, the leading Canada-based global mass media and entertainment company (now part of the Hasbro toy conglomerate) on a multi-million pound fraud claim in the High Court, which included allegations of bribery, dishonesty, deceit, conspiracy and corruption.
