Victor Cassagne has acted on a large number of LBOs and corporate financing transactions on the French and European market.

Victor assists clients on structuring, negotiating and closing structured finance transactions (unitranche bonds, all senior debt and senior/mezzanine structure) in the context of leveraged finance acquisitions or corporate finance deals.

• Advised the JJA Group, a major player in the home decoration and furnishing market, and its founder, in connection with the sale of Towerbrook Capital Partners' minority stake in JJA to the Company's founder and CEO, returning to full founder and management ownership.
