He has been involved in numerous transactions in the sectors of distribution, mass-market distribution, luxury industry, medias, energy, financial services and real estate, and has advised preeminent French groups for their restructurings.

• Advised the JJA Group, a major player in the home decoration and furnishing market, and its founder, in connection with the sale of Towerbrook Capital Partners' minority stake in JJA to the Company's founder and CEO, returning to full founder and management ownership.
• Advised the founder and management team of Destia, the French leader in home care services for the elderly and people with disabilities, in connection with a new LBO involving the investment of new investors – Bpifrance, Three Hills, Turenne Santé and VYV  – and the reinvestment of existing investors led by Siparex ETI.
• Advising Scaff’Holding Group, a major actor in the scaffolding and shoring sector, in connection with its new Owner Buy-Out and the refinancing of its existing debt.
  
• Advised French menswear chain Celio Group on its debt restructuring*
• Advised Natixis Partners on its acquisition of two M&A boutiques, Tandem Capital Advisors (Belgium) and Emendo Capital (Netherlands)*
• Advised Groupe Premium, a French wealth management company, on the investment of Blackstone in the group, alongside Eurazeo and Montefiore*
