Mayer Brown advises Charterhouse on the structuring of the acquisition of Batibig
Paris - Mayer Brown advises Charterhouse Capital Partners ("Charterhouse") in connection with entering into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of Batibig, a leading B2B provider of emergency building repairs, maintenance, and renovation services in France. Charterhouse will invest in partnership with Batibig’s co-founders, Charles and Justin Bignon, who will continue to lead the business alongside the existing management team.
Founded in 2005, Batibig has built a leading position in the French market through a differentiated multi-service, multi-regional platform offering customers a single point of contact for emergency repairs, maintenance and renovation works for residential and commercial buildings. The Group operates through a network of companies across France and employs over 2,000 people, carrying out more than 300,000 interventions annually.
