Five Mayer Brown partners recognized in Benchmark Litigation‘s 2025 “40 & Under” list

Mayer Brown Litigation & Dispute Resolution partners Gina Aiello, Rachel Lamorte, Minh Nguyen-Dang, Niketa Patel, and Rory Schneider have been named to Benchmark Litigation‘s 2025 “40 & Under” list, which honors “the top up-and-coming litigators in the US and Canada.”

Gina concentrates her practice on product-liability matters, mass and toxic-tort litigation, and other sophisticated commercial disputes. In her roles as National Coordinating Counsel, she is involved with the development, implementation, and execution of complex litigation strategies in thousands of lawsuits in jurisdictions across the country. Gina has also been a member of several trial teams in high-stakes lawsuits seeking damages ranging from multiple millions to billions of dollars.

Rachel advises clients on antitrust litigation and antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions and civil investigations. Clients rely on Rachel for her experience before competition enforcers and in courts in the US, as well as in Taiwan and China.

Minh devotes his practice to drafting and arguing appeals and dispositive motions in both federal and state courts. He advocates for clients in an array of civil matters, spanning commercial and contract disputes, class actions, mass torts, tax controversies, and intellectual property cases.

Niketa represents clients from diverse industries in complex commercial suits, product-liability actions, class actions, and matters involving artificial intelligence. A seasoned trial lawyer, she is frequently retained for her command of motions in limine, witness examination, directed-verdict and post-trial briefing, jury-instruction strategy, and other evidentiary challenges. She is also the co-leader of Mayer Brown’s New York Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

Rory is a commercial litigator with significant experience in both trial and appeals, having prepared briefs and presented oral argument on pivotal issues in a variety of industries before courts across the country. His practice concentrates on complex business disputes arising from corporate transactions, complex financial instruments, and other high-value commercial agreements. He represents leading global financial institutions, multinational corporations, and some of the world’s preeminent technology companies. Rory also serves as the co-chair of the New York Office’s hiring committee.
