Mayer Brown advises CDPQ on $1.3 billion acquisition of Antylia Scientific with Brookfield

Mayer Brown represented global institutional investor, CDPQ, in the $1.34 billion joint acquisition of Antylia Scientific, a diversified life science tools business serving the pharma, biopharma, healthcare and environmental sectors, together with funds affiliated with global asset manager Brookfield Asset Management. CDPQ is a global investment group managing funds for public pension and insurance plans, known for its long-term, partnership-driven approach across a broad range of asset classes.
