Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Bradesco BBI on Automob Participações' first debenture issuance worth BRL 1 Billion

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Banco Bradesco BBI, as lead coordinator, on the public offering of Automob Participações' first issuance of debentures, a company of the Simpar Group, under CVM Resolution 160, totaling BRL 1 billion.
