Mayer Brown partners named 2022 "MVPs" by Law360

Three Mayer Brown partners were named 2022 “MVPs” by Law360. This annual series honors lawyers who have “distinguished themselves from their peers by securing hard-earned successes in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals.”

John Nadolenco: “Transportation MVP”
Mr. Nadolenco is the managing partner of Mayer Brown’s Los Angeles office. His civil litigation and trial practice focuses on high-stakes cases and class action defense, including defending consumer class actions, employment and antitrust cases, and challenging inappropriate government regulations. Mr. Nadolenco had a record year winning key data privacy, tech and consumer class action matters on behalf of leading companies in the automotive/transportation industry.

Bronwyn Pollock: “Insurance MVP”
Ms. Pollock co-leads Mayer Brown’s global Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice and the firm’s global Insurance Industry Group. She handles complex and high-profile commercial disputes and consumer class actions, as well as civil enforcement cases and government investigations. Since the start of the pandemic, she has played a leading role in helping the firm’s insurance clients defeat substantial consumer class actions involving travel and commercial property insurance.

Nancy Ross: “Benefits MVP”

Ms. Ross serves as the leader of Mayer Brown’s ERISA Litigation practice. She focuses her practice primarily on the area of employee benefits class action litigation and counseling under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Over the past year, she won summary judgment rulings ending ERISA suits against multiple companies, along with dismissals for numerous employers facing 401(k) challenges.
