Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises on the 5th issuance of Simpar debentures

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel in the structuring of the fifth issuance of debentures by Simpar totaling R$ 750 million, coordinated by UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and Caixa Econômica Federal. The Issuance was carried out by means of public offering, under the terms of CVM Rule No. 476. The team was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira, associate Flavia Biagiotti, from our Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
