Share

Mayer Brown Hong Kong is delighted to be recognized as a "15 Years Plus Caring Company” by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS). The long service honor rewards 15 consecutive years of caring for the Hong Kong community, employees and environment. Our office is one of the 415 companies this year honored with the “15 Consecutive Years Logo” recognizing long-term support and commitment to the communities we serve.

Over those years, Mayer Brown has remained committed to corporate social responsibility as we have grown with our clients. CSR is fundamental to our culture – and as part of the social fabric of Hong Kong, we work closely with a number of charitable and environmental organizations and have been recognized through numerous green and CSR accreditations, D&I and Pro Bono awards over the years. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic in particular, the firm contributed HK$500,000 to the Hong Kong Community Anti-Coronavirus Link, an organization that supports those most impacted during these uncertain times by securing and delivering essential resources to front line medical staff, the elderly and communities in need, including supporting the disinfection and cleaning of community buildings across Hong Kong to prevent the spread of infection.

Launched by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) in 2002, the Caring Company Scheme fosters strategic partnerships between Hong Kong’s business and social services sectors to promote good corporate citizenship and create a more inclusive society.
