Mayer Brown advises Altice on structuring of the sale of part of Covage’s fiber assets to Altitude

Paris - Mayer Brown has advised Xp Fibre Network (formerly SFR FttH Network), an indirect joint subsidiary of Altice France and a consortium of investors formed by Allianz Capital Partners, Axa Investment Managers-Real Assets and OMERS Infrastructure, on the structuring of the sale of parts of Covage’s fiber assets to Altitude.
Xp Fibre Network which represents 26 public and private initiative optical fiber networks, including 18 dedicated to businesses and eight dual networks, sold Covage’s “optical local loop” network.
