Speakers:
Share

The US Department of Justice received a host of comments on the new draft policy on remedies for the infringement of standards-essential patents (SEPs) that are subject to a F/RAND licensing commitment, a policy that the agency rolled out with the US Patent and Trademark Office and the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
