41st Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate & Securities Law and 60th Annual Corporate Counsel Virtual Institute

The 2021 Garrett and Corporate Counsel Virtual Institute is hosted by Northwestern Pritzker School of Law that will take place September 22-24, 2021. These are two of Northwestern’s nationally recognized Institutes which were combined to be a virtual program: the Corporate Counsel Institute and the Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute. Mayer Brown is an annual sponsor and lead affiliate of the Institutes. 

This event will feature topics in corporate and securities law including M&A, corporate governance, and SEC updates. This programming is relevant for both in-house and firm professionals.
