Christian Sanchez represents lenders, sponsors, developers, equity investors, and other market participants in the development, acquisition, and financing of large-scale energy, mining, and infrastructure projects. His practice focuses on complex project finance and development transactions, advising clients on both domestic and cross-border matters. Christian has experience advising on matters spanning a project's lifecycle, from early-stage development and construction financing through operational-phase refinancings and acquisitions.

Represented:

• The coordinating lead arrangers, lenders, issuing banks, and agents in an approximately $1.1 billion green loan facility for the construction of three utility-scale solar generation projects in Tennessee, Ohio, and Indiana.
• A power producer in the development and construction of a combined-cycle gas-fired power generation and LNG import terminal project in the Dominican Republic.
• A government-affiliated lender in the project financing of a gold mining project in Nevada.
• Morgan Stanley, as lead underwriter, in an approximately $2.5 billion unrated private activity bond issuance for the Brightline West high-speed passenger rail project.
