Kim Perez is counsel in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Kim represents lenders, borrowers and investors in real estate and C-PACE financings and acquisitions. Kim's practice also covers a broad range of securitization and reinsurance matters, including CMBS, CRE CLO and mortgage insurance-linked note transactions. In addition, Kim advises financial institutions on regulatory compliance matters, including reporting under Rule 15Ga-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Kim joined Mayer Brown in 2015.
