Findley Penn-Hughes is an associate in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. He represents clients in a variety of commercial contexts, with a focus on finance, regulatory, energy and construction related disputes.
Findley has experience of litigation in the Commercial Court, Chancery Division and the Court of Appeal, in addition to arbitration experience before a range of institutions including ICSID, LCIA, ICC and UNCITRAL. He also has experience advising clients in relation to internal investigations arising in the context of cybersecurity, financial crime and regulatory issues.
Findley joined Mayer Brown in 2017 as a trainee and during his training contact, he spent six months on secondment to Wells Fargo Bank.
