Lauren Frank Noll is a partner in Mayer Brown’s litigation practice, with a focus on complex commercial and class-action litigation involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, accountant malpractice, business torts, telecommunications and securities laws.  Lauren is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, including dispositive motions, discovery issues and depositions.

In addition to her trial work, Lauren also practices appellate litigation. She has written numerous briefs in the federal and state appellate courts, argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and filed numerous briefs in the federal and state trial courts focusing on breach of contract, business torts and securities laws. Reflecting her experience in appellate practice, in the past Lauren has taught courses in appellate advocacy as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She is fluent in French.

Since 2011, Lauren has served as the firm’s global claims counsel.

Before first joining Mayer Brown in 2001, Lauren clerked for the Honorable Kenneth F. Ripple of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She also served in 2002-2003 as Law Clerk to The Honorable Robin E. Hudson, North Carolina Court of Appeals.
