She is particularly skilled in helping technology companies navigate these complex lawsuits through a recent trend of adverse judicial decisions. Her other representative matters include representing an energy company in a fraudulent transfer litigation by the creditors of its former subsidiary after a spin-off, a food and beverage holding company in a post-deal dispute, several special purpose acquisition companies in litigations filed by shareholders after the announcements of their target acquisitions, a financial services institution and one of its officers in connection with a dispute regarding the financing of a company in which it invested, and a company in actions against former employees regarding the company’s confidential information.
