Claire C. Maloney

Claire Maloney is a Banking & Finance associate in Mayer Brown’s Charlotte office. Her practice focuses on fund finance, with an emphasis on representing lenders in the negotiation and documentation of subscription credit facilities for private equity and real estate funds.

Claire graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law and served as Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts, with highest honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
