Alice Moserova

Senior associate, Alice Moserova, acts for banks, alternative funders and corporate borrowers on a broad range of domestic, European and international banking and finance transactions with a focus on asset based lending (ABL).

Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2025, Alice worked for another prominent international law firm in London and undertook a secondment at an ABL funder.

• Advised a corporate borrower on a bifurcated deal involving a term loan and receivables and inventory asset based lending facilities.*
• Acted for an ABL funder on receivables, inventory, real property, P&M, bridging, cashflow and capex facilities.*
• Advised an alternative funder on a borrowing base term loan facility against excess receivables.*
• Advised on New York law revolving credit and receivables facilities from an English law perspective.*
