Lindsey Lubowitz is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Restructuring practice. She focuses her practice on representing debtors, creditors, and other parties in complex chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, U.S. chapter 15 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed transactions. Lindsey assists in advising clients across a wide range of industries, including automotive, aviation, and transportation, to develop strategies that facilitate successful resolutions in complex matters.
Lindsey is also actively involved in the firm's pro bono efforts. In 2026, she was part of the team that received Mayer Brown's pro bono award for Project of the Year, which involved assisting survivors of online human trafficking in navigating a federal remission process.
