So Ra assists clients on patent litigation matters before US district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She is a registered patent attorney with experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in various electro-mechanical technologies, including telecommunications, computer software, sensors, machine learning, fintech, networking, and medical devices. So Ra leverages her engineering background and patent prosecution experience to assist in defending and challenging patents in in matters before federal district courts, the USPTO, the International Trade Commission.
