Hayden leverages his experience as an electrical engineer in the aerospace and defense industry as well as an advanced degree focusing on electromagnetics, antennas and radar systems, and signal processing to support his practice.
Before joining Mayer Brown, Hayden worked at an IP boutique, where he gained experience in patent prosecution and post-grant proceedings at the USPTO, focusing on technologies such as AI/ML, encryption and blockchain technology, autonomous vehicles, semiconductor fabrication equipment, cloud networking, and battery/energy systems. This background gives Hayden the ability to quickly understand complex technology and craft useful legal strategies to further support his client's interests.
