Übersicht
Carlos Juarez is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Capital Markets Group. He represents issuers, underwriters, and other financial intermediaries in a range of public and private securities offerings. He also supports public companies with their SEC reporting obligations, corporate governance matters, and other ongoing public company needs.
Carlos served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Morgan T. Zurn, Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery, where he engaged with the Court’s docket of complex corporate and commercial disputes. He also interned with Morgan Stanley’s Legal & Compliance Division, supporting the Prime Brokerage & Securities Lending and Tech & Data groups. He earned his JD from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he received the Faculty Recognition Award and the Dorothy Day Award for Pro Bono Service.
