Darius Horton is a partner in Mayer Brown's Banking & Finance practice, representing issuers, underwriters and investors in domestic and cross-border securitizations and other structured finance transactions.
Darius regularly represents clients in connection with public and private transactions involving a variety of asset classes, including non-performing residential mortgage loans, fix-and-flip mortgage loans, commercial mortgage loans, small-business loans, consumer loans and container leases. In addition, Darius has represented clients in connection with a variety of structured finance and other transactions, including repurchase transactions, variable funding notes and asset sales. He joined Mayer Brown in 2009.
Darius was named a 2022 Law360 Rising Star in structured finance.
