Teresa Goebel is a partner in Mayer Brown's Real Estate and Real Estate Funds practices in San Francisco and co-chair of the firm's global Hospitality & Leisure practice. Teresa is ranked Band 1 for Leisure & Hospitality nationwide by Chambers USA, which describes her as "a market-leading transactional lawyer with significant experience in large scale acquisitions and negotiating management agreements."

Teresa represents many of the world's leading hotel companies, as well as owners, developers and institutional investors. Her work centers on the acquisition, development, financing, branding, management and disposition of hotels and mixed-use hospitality properties worldwide. She is known for structuring, negotiating and documenting hotel management agreements and equity and debt investments across the full range of hotel, resort, branded residential and mixed-use projects, with a focus on building agreements that anticipate and minimize future disputes between owners, operators, lenders, and investors.
