Martin Gualino helps lenders, arrangers, investors, buyers, sponsors, borrowers and sellers in connection with a diverse range of financing, energy and infrastructure transactions and projects, both domestic and cross-border. His experience includes project debt financing transactions, tax-equity investments, tax credits transfers, infrastructure investments, acquisitions, commercial secured and unsecured term loans and revolving credit facilities, future flow securitizations and warehouse facilities.

Represented:
- The coordinating lead arrangers, lenders, issuing banks and agents in a US$~1.1 billion green loan facility to finance the construction of 3 utility-scale solar energy projects located in Tennessee, Ohio and Indiana, respectively.
- The purchasers in several acquisitions of investment tax credits for an aggregate of US$~177million, generated by different (a) landfill renewable natural gas facilities located in North Carolina, Virginia and Michigan, with a combined capacity of 21,500 standard cubic feet per minute, (b) wind-powered electricity generating facilities located in Arizona, with a combined capacity of approx. 216 MW AC, (c) solar energy facilities located in California and Maine, with a combined capacity of approx. 53.5 MW AC, and (d) battery energy storage systems located in California, with a combined capacity of approx. 25 MW AC.
- The investor in several tax-equity investment commitments totalizing approx. US$350 million into solar energy generation and battery storage facilities located in Maine, Hawaii and Arizona, totalizing approx. 142 MW AC and 213 MW AC respectively.
