Ana M. Estrada

Ana Estrada is a senior associate in Mayer Brown Houston’s office and a member of the Capital Markets and Global Energy practices. Her practice focuses on capital markets, commercial transactions, corporate governance matters and mergers & acquisitions, throughout the United States and Latin America.

Ana represents issuers, investment banks/financial intermediaries and investors in financing transactions, including, follow-on offerings, private placements (including PIPE transactions), at-the-market offerings, preferred stock and debt offerings. She also advises public companies on their obligations under the federal securities laws and on related corporate governance requirements.
