  • Represented hotel operator in its nearly $1 billion acquisition of 35 hotel properties located throughout the United States.
  • Represented industrial real estate operating platform in its $60 million acquisition of 8 industrial properties located outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Represented industrial real estate operating platform in its $50 million disposition of 4 industrial properties located in northern New Jersey.
  • Represented industrial real estate operating platform in its $25 million disposition of industrial property located in Chicago suburb.
