Allison Denton is a Banking & Finance associate in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office. Her work focuses on fund finance, where she advises lenders on the negotiation and documentation of subscription credit facilities for private equity and real estate funds. She is an active member of Mayer Brown’s Women’s Forum.
Allison received her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and was Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences from The University of Alabama.
