Katherine Clark Kennedy

Katherine Clark Kennedy is experienced at representing clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation. She has served as counsel in bench and jury trials in federal and state courts, as well as in cases heard before both US and international arbitration panels.

Recent matters that Katherine has litigated involve toxic tort defense, contract disputes, construction litigation, and trade secrets matters.  Her fluency in Spanish is often an asset in trial and arbitration proceedings.
