Adrianna Cela

Adrianna Cela helps clients on a broad range of corporate matters related to mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buy-out transactions in several industrial and financial sectors.

She advises French and foreign industrial groups, as well as private equity funds, on their sales and acquisitions and on general issues related to business law.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Adrianna completed several internships with leading international law firms and within the legal department of a prominent French luxury house.

In addition to French, Adrianna is fluent in English.

• Advised Scaff’Holding Group, a major actor in the scaffolding and shoring sector, in connection with its new Owner Buy-Out and the refinancing of its existing debt.
• Advised the Demathieu Bard Group, a major actor in the construction and real estate sector, on the strategic reorganisation of some of its activities through the creation of two autonomous divisions dedicated to “Infrastructure – Civil Engineering” and “South-West Construction”, unlocking the development potential of these activities.
