Olivia Bloomhuff is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office and a member of the Banking & Finance and Projects & Infrastructure groups. Olivia practices in the areas of infrastructure development, project finance, and public- private partnership projects. Clients, including owners, project developers, lenders and contractors across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, trust in the advice of Olivia in a wide range of transactions, including development, construction, term and bridge loans, tax equity transactions, project development and acquisition and sales of projects.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Olivia earned her JD and BA from the University of Michigan and is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois.

Erfahrung
- Represented TransGrid Energy LLC (TransGrid), a leading owner and operator of utility-scale renewable energy projects, in connection with approximately $1.2 billion financing transactions to fund the construction of its Atlas VIII standalone battery storage project in La Paz County, Arizona. When completed, the Atlas VIII project will deliver 382.4 megawatts/1,529.6 megawatt-hours of storage capacity, supporting grid reliability, stability, capacity, and resilience for energy customers in California.
