Julian O. Alvarez

Julian Oscar Alvarez is an associate in Mayer Brown's Northern California office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Julian served as a term law clerk for the Honorable William B. Shubb of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California from 2024 to 2025.

Previously, Julian practiced commercial and intellectual property litigation in the Los Angeles office of a California-based law firm. There, he litigated multiple lawsuits alleging patent infringement of software patents in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
