Bloomberg Law quoted Mayer Brown partner Hillary August on the growing role of payroll and benefits providers in administering Trump Accounts. Hillary noted that service providers will help employers track employee and employer contributions, comply with reporting requirements, monitor contribution limits, and assist with nondiscrimination testing as companies consider offering the accounts as an employee benefit.
