Recent Developments in Competition Law across Europe & Türkiye

On 5 November, ACTECON hosted a breakfast conference in Istanbul titled “Recent Developments in Competition Law Across Europe and Türkiye”, with Nathalie Jalabert-Doury as speaker. She joined ACTECON’s Fevzi Toksoy, Ayberk Kurt, and Hanna Stakheyeva for a high-level discussion of current enforcement trends in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Türkiye.

The discussion focused on the most recent developments in the EU and the UK as well as the current state of affairs in Turkey regarding dawn raids, commitments, verticals, resale price maintenance, sustainability, green cooperation, and labor markets.
