She first spoke in the “Labor Price fixing” panel, which discussed why this is a focus now? What have been the latest developments around the world and where will the authorities go next?
She also moderated the panel on “Collusion in Sport and Associated Areas” which discussed various agencies’ experience enforcing cartel law in the sports and sports association area. Part of the discussion focused on the pros and cons of specific legislation which some industries have vs applying general collusion rules.
