Experience

Our selected experience includes the following:

  • Successfully represented a global investment bank in connection with $465 million unsecured credit facilities with Ukravtodor, the State Road Administration of Ukraine (which was subsequently transformed into the Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development).
  • Represented the China Development Bank in connection with an export credit facility to Ukrtelecom, a leading Ukrainian telecom provider.
  • Acted as counsel to the United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in connection with a 10-year loan portfolio guaranty agreement to ProCredit Bank for a total of $28 million to support the financing of small- and medium-sized enterprises in Ukraine.
  • Successfully assisted major international corporations in challenging anti-dumping measures and import duties before Ukrainian and European authorities, in cases that have set important precedents in EU trade law.
