Merve Schmitte, a Solicitor qualified in Ireland and England & Wales, is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice in Mayer Brown’s Frankfurt office.

She advises financial institutions, corporates and private equity investors in connection with real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate loans and other syndicated loans. 

Before joining Mayer Brown Merve worked for other international law firms in Istanbul and Frankfurt, specializing in Banking & Finance. She is also qualified as a lawyer in Turkey.
