Albert B. (BJ) Stieglitz Jr.

BJ previously served as a senior leader of the US Department of Justice's Criminal Fraud Section, and in his 13 years as a federal prosecutor he led and supervised numerous cross-border fraud and anticorruption investigations, tried multiple criminal cases to verdict, coordinated relationships with domestic and international law enforcement and regulatory agencies, and participated in the implementation of key aspects of DOJ corporate criminal enforcement policies. He also was selected to represent the DOJ as its first-ever dual secondee to the UK’s Serious Fraud Office and Financial Conduct Authority, during which he investigated a variety of violations of UK law and led negotiations on two UK deferred prosecution agreements. Prior to his DOJ service, BJ clerked for Chief Judge John G. Heyburn II of the Western District of Kentucky, worked for a global accounting and consulting firm, and served as leadership and personal office staff in the United States Senate.
