With more than 30 years of experience in legal practice, Basil has been able to successfully attend to and handle clients’ concerns satisfactorily.

• Represented the Executors of an estate in a dispute over the ownership of 122 gold bars. Clients were sued by the patriarch of the family but were successful in their defence and the Plaintiff’s claim was dismissed.
• Represented a client in a dispute over the ownership of an apartment which was not held legally in his name. After a successful mediation, the client was able to recover his share of the apartment.
