Milena Muradian

Milena Muradian’s practice concentrates on debt and equity capital markets as well as emerging companies and venture capital. Milena focuses on representing issuer and investment bank clients in registered and unregistered securities offerings and advises startups and high-growth companies on formation, equity issuances, venture financings, and corporate governance. She has advised underwriters and issuers in IPOs, private placements, follow-on offerings, and debt offerings, and has represented international and domestic clients in connection with structuring and financing projects and day-to-day corporate law matters. Milena has a unique background, having been admitted to practice in the United States (California and New York) and in Brazil.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Milena worked at Vinci Partners - BRP Bank, in banking and capital markets. She assisted in structuring financial transactions, bond issuances and contracts involving matters such as financing, banking and agribusiness.
