Alice Moserova

Senior associate, Alice Moserova, acts for banks, alternative funders and corporate borrowers on a broad range of domestic, European and international banking and finance transactions with a focus on asset based lending (ABL).

Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2025, Alice worked for another prominent international law firm in London and undertook a secondment at an ABL funder.

• Acted for an alternative funder on a quasi-ABL financing to fund the acquisition of a group of personal injury law firms.
• Acted for a US bank on the European aspects of a US ABL facility entered into in connection with the borrower’s exit from US Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
• Acted for a US bank on a cross-border refinancing of US ABL facilities alongside a term loan.
• Advised on a cross-border refinancing of English law receivables finance facilities.
