Jennifer Ingle is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Land Use practice. She represents commercial and residential developers, businesses, and other entities in transactional land use matters and related litigation. Jennifer advises clients on planning and zoning law, municipal affairs, and environmental compliance, including compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Jennifer provides clients with land use entitlement guidance under ever changing state and local policies and has been actively involved in the adoption of various land use regulations. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Jennifer specialized in real estate development in Santa Monica.
