Christopher N. Ellis

Chris Ellis is a Banking & Finance partner in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office. His practice centers on Fund Finance and representing lenders in negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities to private equity and real estate funds. Chris graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law where he was a staff member and editor of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Chris is a member of Mayer Brown's Recruiting Committee.
