Paul de Bernier

Paul is particularly experienced in cross-border transactions and advising clients with international operations, including non-US clients making acquisitions, minority investments or setting up operations in the US. Paul spent a number of years in Mayer Brown’s London office, where he led the US Desk, and works extensively with our offices in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Paul serves as co-chair of our India practice and is also a member of our Healthcare M&A, ESG and Fintech practices.

Paul has lived for extensive periods in India, the UK and the US and is fluent in Hindi and conversant in French.
