Anzhen Chng is a senior associate in the Corporate & Securities practice in Mayer Brown's Singapore office.

Anzhen’s practice focuses on cross-border corporate transactions across Asia Pacific. He has experience acting for multinational corporations, financial institutions and private equity and venture capital funds on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments and corporate restructurings.
