Victoria Butcher

Victoria Butcher is a partner in the Real Estate practice. She advises clients on a variety of commercial property and corporate real estate matters, including investment sales, purchases and leases, structured acquisitions and disposals and financing transactions. She frequently advises overseas clients from across Europe, the US and the Middle East on complex, cross-border deals, working closely with our international colleagues.  

Victoria has a deep knowledge of the Hotels and Leisure and Logistics sectors, having advised on large scale hotel and industrial portfolio acquisitions and disposals, the acquisition of hotel trophy assets, restructures, and sale and leaseback transactions.
