Kaitlyn has a proven track record successfully representing multinational corporations and their executives in high-stakes litigation and criminal and civil investigations by federal, state, and international agencies, including the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, Competition and Markets Authority, Japan Fair Trade Commission, and the European Commission. She has extensive experience in all major stages of the litigation process, including drafting and arguing procedural and dispositive motions and appellate briefs, serving and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, representing clients in mediations and settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
